Shop Policies

Music World takes our customers' concerns and requests seriously and we desire to make your online shopping as easy and enjoyable as possible.  Here are a few of our shop policies

 
General Terms - Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.  Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.  
Returns - 7 days on Used items, 14 days on new items - no fee.   
We will accept returns of up to 30 days, yet a restocking fee will be implemented based on inspection of the instrument when we receive it.  Minimum fee 10% - Buyer is responsible for shipping back to Music World. (some exceptions can be made) 
Return Authorizations - For authorization, you must Email us within 7 days. Items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Please do not ship unless emailed to do so. Returns must ship prepaid and arrive safely. 
Online Price Match - We will promise to meet or beat any other *authorized dealer presuming they are not in price or policy violation.  Music World must first determine that the product in question is of the same condition, model year, and exceptions are at Music World's sole discretion.
Payments - All major forms of payment are accepted through Shopify.  
*Authorized dealers are those who are currently set up in the current calendar year.  Previous dealerships with no current status makes them void as an authorized dealer.
