Shop Policies

Music World takes our customers' concerns and requests seriously and we desire to make your online shopping as easy and enjoyable as possible.  Here are a few of our shop policies

 

- Returns are allowed under the following condition -

7 days for used gear

14 days for new gear

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.  Brass or Woodwind instruments automatically incur a 10% re-stock fee for shop return cleaning/sanitation costs. 

Fees and Charges

Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.

A minimum of 10% re-stocking fee is charged if General Terms are not met.  This will be assessed upon receiving returned item and at Music World's discretion.  

Online Price Match - We will promise to meet or beat any other *authorized dealer presuming they are not in price or policy violation.  Music World must first determine that the product in question is of the same condition, model year, and exceptions are at Music World's sole discretion.
Payments - All major forms of payment are accepted through Shopify.  





*Authorized dealers are those who are currently set up in the current calendar year.  Previous dealerships with no current status makes them void as an authorized dealer.
